A General Purpose appraisals is valid for IRS, Estate Settlement, Divorce aka Marriage Resolution, Bankruptcy Proceedings, Tax Appeals, Loan Modifications, Pre-Listing, and Bail Bonds purposes.
The geographical boundaries for this offer are Sylmar to the North, Redlands to the East, San Clemente to the South, and the Pacific Ocean to the West. Exclusions are custom homes, complex appraisals and/or high value properties, and beach communities. Please call if you have any questions.
